DISNEY WORLD!!!!!
We left on Halloween for Disney World. The kids dressed up for the trip: Lizzie was Tinkerbell, Jon was Mickey, and Jake was Tigger. They got lots of "oohs and aaahs" and "Oh, look how cute!" at the airport and everywhere else. They got awesome collector pins from a Disney promotions lady that happened to be on our flight, they got to go into the cockpit to meet the pilots, and they got to hand out the snacks on the plane! Man, what a great start and we hadn't even made it to FL yet!!! My pictures are a little out of order because my computer isn't cooperating, but that's okay. We had a fabulous time!!! We stayed the first couple of nights at Ft. Wilderness cabins and then moved over to the Bay Lake Towers which are brand new places built for the Disney Vacation Club members (which Andy wants to become!!! ha ha!!!). BLT is right next to the Contemporary Resort. It was great staying on Disney property. We all had such an amazing time. I'll let the pictures speak for themselves. They're basically in reverse order. Oh well....
Rides, rides, rides, we all love rides!!!
The boys loved doing these masks as they walked through the countries at Epcot. Each country had a different stamp for the handle and a different cut-out to hang from the mask. They thought it was so cool!!!
Gotta love a parade...and at Disney, there are lots!
The boys got asked to join the Revolutionaries and be "Sons of Liberty"
We went to the Hoopty-Doo Revue dinner show. Lizzie got into the action with the waving of the napkin (she had lots of practice waving her Phillies rally towel).
trapping her brothers inside!
While Mommy, Daddy, Popsy and the boys went on some of the bigger rides, Mommom was quite content taking Lizzie on It's a Small World, Dumbo, and other rides like that and letting her play on the Winnie the Pooh kiddie playground. Lizzie loved it! And so often, she was just content being pushed all over in her stroller, falling asleep when it was naptime, and waking with energy to go, go go. And when she was walking, the boys took turns riding in her stroller to give their little legs a break. We were amazed at how well they all did with all the walking and the late nights. I guess Disney gives you a little extra energy!!!
Here's Jon in his full get-up at school. We opted to not do the shoes, gloves and face paint for the flight, but he sure looked cute.
The whole gang (ignore the crazy alien eyes Liz and I have and it's a great shot)
The Three Amigos with the "boss" in the background
We had one "off" day to hang out at the hotel and swim in the pool. Of course, our luck, it was the only cooler day we had, but we still had tons of fun!
Jake and I on the monorail. The kids got a monorail as a gift from Mommom and Popsyand they were thrilled to set it up around the Christmas tree this year...it's tall enough to go above the train which they thought was totally cool!

Jonny driving the racecar

The four of us on the fan favorite ride, Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, aka: Runaway Train. I can't even tell you how many times we rode that ride!!!
