Well, for a few years after the attacks on the Twin Towers in NYC, Kimmy changed her birthday from Sept. 11th, but, time has passed and now, it's back to being her official birthday again. We celebrated the first anniversary of her 29th birthday with her at Bugaboo Creek in Christiana. Here she is getting kissed by a Moose!!!
Right after celebrating with Kimmy, we drove across the street to Christiana Hospital to visit my Pop, the day after his 86th birthday!!! He had been hospitalized for a virus, infection, heart problems, and a few other things, but he's doing so much better now!!! What a blessing to see him. I think we put a smile on his face.
Down, up, one! Down, up, two! Can't start 'em too early!!! Here's Lizzie doing her "push-ups".
She's getting up on hands and knees, scooting her knees forward, doing the push-up thing, but hasn't quite figured out how to move her arms yet. She just lunges her chest forward and she moves ahead. Eventually she reaches that toy that's just beyond her grasp. Won't be long now!!! She turned 6 months on the 18th. She's 16lbs, 26 1/4 inches (both between 50th and 75th percentile). She's doing great.
